John F. Kohler has served as General Counsel of Berkley Capital since 2007. Prior to joining Berkley Capital, John was General Counsel of MTM Technologies, Inc. and Vice President – Mergers and Acquisitions for Interliant, Inc., both of which were publicly traded technology solution providers. Earlier in his career he was a corporate lawyer with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and an officer in the United States Army. John holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
